Architectural BIM Execution Workflow
Design Intent & Requirements Setup
We define the Exchange Information Requirements (EIR) with the design team and clarify model intent. This locks in shared project objectives and standard delivery methods.
CDE & Conceptual Modeling
We establish the Common Data Environment (CDE) and the initial conceptual massing model. This locks in shared coordinates and consistent naming conventions.
Forma Analysis
We utilize Autodesk Forma to run early-stage building analysis (sunlight, wind, microclimate) to inform spatial design.
Design Development Integration
We execute the model production to the required LOD, integrating structural and MEP inputs early to finalize all major architectural elements.
Technical & Code Compliance Review
We conduct targeted audits against local building codes and agreed-upon standards. We flag areas of non-compliance and verify the integrity of all model data
Construction Document Preparation
We finalize the model for seamless conversion into Construction Documents (CDs), automating the extraction of sheets, schedules, and detailed views.
Final Handover for Asset Management
We prepare the model for final handover, ensuring all non-geometric data is structured for the Asset Information Model (AIM).
